Experience Tapastry at Bacar Bar from 12pm daily. Created to taste, designed to share. This menu is designed in celebration of Australian producers, using consciously sourced ingredients, regionally grown and prepared with passion for our table.

Tapastry is an invitation to explore new flavour pairings in the company of friends, family or colleagues. The flavours in the dishes are a celebration of the Pacific, showcasing the best produce and are invented by local Pullman Executive Chefs including our very own Executive Chef, Ben Nicholls.
