If you are a guest currently in house, in room dining is still available. If you are looking for a meal we are pleased to advise that Bacar Restaurant will also be offering take away options.

Bottomless High Tea

Launching Saturday 6th of February 2021. 

Discover the ultimate bottomless sparkling high tea in Sydney, at Bacar Restaurant and Bar. 

Get together with friends and enjoy 2 full hours of unlimited sparkling, whilst you indulge in one of three delectable and luxurious high tea's.

Choose from your traditional high tea including scones and macaroons, a savoury high tea with beef sliders and truffle fries, or an Asian-inspired dumplings high tea with spring rolls and BBQ pork buns. Be treated to 3 tiers of delicious, mouth watering items, and a continuous supply of sparkling wine, available every Saturday and Sunday from 12 to 4 pm. 

Enjoy our bottomless high tea from just $69 per person* for 2 hours. 
Available weekends from 12 pm - 4 pm (last 2 hour sitting to start at 2 pm). Bookings essential. 18+ only.

Traditional High Tea
Quiche lorraine, porcini fingers, curry chicken sliders, portuguese tarts, chocolate mousse, jam scones with whipped cream and butter, and the crowd favourites, macaroons. 

Not so Sweet High Tea
Quiche lorraine, porcini fingers, wagyu beef sliders, thai chicken pie, stuffed pumpkin flower, truffle fries, charcuterie and sourdough. 

Dumpling's and Tea
Ginger prawn dumplings, Siumai chicken, water chestnut, spring rolls, mixed vegetables, BBQ pork buns, curry puffs, sugarcane prawn, Singapore noodles and roti bread.
