If you are a guest currently in house, in room dining is still available. If you are looking for a meal we are pleased to advise that Bacar Restaurant will also be offering take away options.

Enjoy the best of Sydney food with the ultimate high tea dining experience at Bacar Restaurant and Bar. 

Indulge your senses with one of three delectable and luxuriuos high tea's, from your traditional high tea including scones and macaroons, to a savoury high tea with beef sliders and truffle fries, to an Asian-inspired dumplings high tea with spring rolls and barbeque pork buns. Be treated to 3 tiers of delicious, mouth watering items, and a continuous supply of a perfectly paired Dilmah tea. Plus, enjoy a glass of sparkling on arrival.

Traditional High Tea

Quiche lorraine, porcini fingers, curry chicken sliders, portuguese tarts, chocolate mousse, jam scones with whipped cream and butter, and the crowd favourites, macaroons. 
Paired with Dilmah's Vivid Early Grey Tea, and glass of sparkling on arrival

Not so Sweet High Tea

Quiche lorraine, porcini fingers, wagyu beef sliders, thai chicken pie, stuffed pumpkin flower, truffle fries, charcuterie and sourdough. 
Paired with Dilmah's Vivid Spring Oolong Tea with Ginger, and glass of sparkling on arrival.

Dumpling's and Tea

Ginger prawn dumplings, Siumai Chicken, water chestnut, spring rolls, mixed vegetables, BBQ pork buns, curry puffs, sugarcane prawn, Singapore noodles and roti bread.
Paired with Dilmah's Vivid Fragrant Jasmine Green Tea, and glass of sparkling on arrival.
